Our Services are available to all Deltek Vision users.
• Business Analysis – We will analyse and recommend how organisations can improve functions and activities in order to reduce overall costs, make more efficient use of resources, and provide better customer support.
• Project Management – Our project manager will manage all aspects of the implementation including project resources, budget, timescales and risk.
• Training – We provide various delivery methods including “train the trainer” and web based remote training. We incorporate an industry Best Practice approach in system function and design to ensure we diminish implementation risk, ensure user adoption, and maximise Return On Investment.
• Support – We provide telephone, electronic and onsite support during and after you “go live” with the system. Our support team will have knowledge of your particular implementation allowing for fast and effective response.
• Report Writing – Reporting on business data is essential for improving business intelligence. We provide Microsoft SQL Server Reporting and Analysis Services and Actuate Report writing skills to develop new and migrate existing reports.
• Data Migration & Cleansing – We assist with the migration of existing data into the new system whilst cleansing and removing duplicate records.
• Technical Consulting – To get the most from Deltek Vision, the correct hardware and network infrastructure is essential. We will advice you on what resources are required to give users optimum performance.
• Integration - We look at business processes, existing investments in current systems and where necessary deliver and support integration.
• Upgrading – We provide consulting and support for upgrading as a result of business expansion, acquisitions and/or the adoption of new Deltek Vision features and modules.
