Deltek Vision includes powerful analytics and reporting tools which provide key stakeholders with real-time metrics offering visibility into all areas of the organisation, and resources with the information they need to support their individual roles.
The Vision Dashboard is a graphical entry point to a company’s data that configures a single Web page with dynamic information and tools to facilitate decision-making and goal alignment. It includes “report dashparts” that allow users to display any number of the 200+ live Vision reports within their Vision Dashboard. Report options can be set to automatically filter content according to user’s access rights. In addition, the screen display contains links to key application areas, reports and records, and lists of important activities and tasks. Alerts and workflow features remind employees of calendar events, project tasks to be assigned or approved, as well as the need to submit timesheets, expenses, and project budgets.
Executives have the option to configure their Vision Dashboard to better evaluate opportunities, improve client satisfaction, closely manage resources and projects, monitor their firm’s financial health, and manage the overall performance of the organisation.
